The Psychological Services Group™ grew from an informal association of therapists specially trained and committed to serving individuals within the first responder community.  From an initial demand for critical incident debriefings, services offered grew to include organizational consultation, peer support program training and supervision, counseling to law enforcement personnel and their spouses, and advanced officer trainings.  It is widely accepted that the longer a problem exists the harder it is to solve.  She is a recognized expert in suicide prevention and response protocols among first responders and served on the P.O.S.T. committee establishing a statewide response protocol for both suicide prevention and line of duty death response.
